About Mack Homes
Welcome to Mack Homes LTD.
Mack Homes Ltd is a Regina company committed to high quality home construction and renovation projects combining modern design elements with timeless craftsmanship.
Owner Neil Mack started in the construction industry as a painter, operating Student Works Painting, which later became Precise Painting. In the early 2000s, Neil transitioned into carpentry and undertook ambitious renovation projects which included gutting, renovating and living in several character homes in Regina’s Cathedral neighbourhood before selling them.
Amid the housing boom later in the decade, Neil formed Mack Homes Ltd and found success purchasing lots in the Cathedral area to build and sell homes “on spec”.
Eventually, Neil turned back toward large-scale residential projects, with kitchen and bathroom renovations as particular focus areas. Around this time, Deet Petersen joined Mack Homes, bringing extensive experience in renovations, mechanical services and home inspection.
Today, our services include everything from large interior renovations to decks, garages, fences, exterior renovations, full-service window replacements, trim and finish work. We are experienced in basement renovations, foundation bracing, and egress window installations. Neil and Deet personally perform as much of the trades work as we can. For those instances when it makes more sense to do so, we have an extensive network of reliable, high-quality partners to bolster the scope of services we can deliver on time and budget.

Our projects regularly integrate off-the-shelf elements with cabinets and drawers handmade in our shop, custom tilework and other design features to make each space truly one-of-a-kind.
